1) MAKE A MEAL PLAN.

5) KNOW WHAT SNACKS TO EAT AND WHEN.
Only when you're hungry, not when you're craving! If you do get hungry between meals, avoid processed food, junkies and 'low-fat' products. Most of these 'diet' foods aren't healthy at all. One study said, that they're highly processed and loaded with artificial sweeteners and sugar. Instead of having a cookie, try a piece of fruit.
6) STAY AWAY FROM STRESS.
Make a list of a fun-filled activities that you like and find a little time to do something you enjoy. Or talk with a friend, if you feel a little depressed or anxious. And, get enough sleep. Being sleepy causes mood swings and reduces concentrations on your everyday routine.
7) QUIT YOUR VICES.
a) Cigarette smoking causes much health problems than any other drug in the world. It is MOST addictive and MOST widely used. Cutting down will not only save your health, but it will also save your money.
b) Too much alcohol is dangerous and will cause you liver problems, alcohol intoxication, and accidents. But the question is, HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH? Ask a doctor or a health practitioner to help you decide.
c) Drugs like marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine or pain meds that aren't prescribed for you are harmful to your health.
